The Team Leader will benefit from the support of the Expertise France office in Ukraine, particularly the Project Support Unit (PSU), which brings together shared cross-functional roles in the field, as well as the headquarters teams and relevant support functions. They will report directly to the Country Director for Ukraine, or to any other person they designate as middle management.

The Team Leader is expected to be able to work effectively with suppliers, coordinate procurement and equipment supply, and, where applicable, liaise with experts responsible for defining or validating the specifications of the equipment to be acquired and/or supervising/supporting its installation.
