EF specialises in technical cooperation, working to strengthen public policy in partner countries at the local, national, regional and international levels.
Through the Laos-EU Assistance for Private Sector & Trade (LEAP) initiative, the EU seeks to improve the business environment, promote responsible private investment, and enhance trade integration in Lao PDR, thereby contributing to the European Union (EU) broader trade and economic policies.
