Project or context description

EU P2P ATT OP IV

The Arms Trade Treaty (ATT), adopted by the UN General Assembly on April 2, 2013, aims to establish the highest possible common international standards to regulate the legal trade in conventional arms, prevent and eradicate the illicit trade in such arms, and prevent their diversion. •    Further raising awareness among national and regional authorities and relevant civil society actors, and encouraging their stronger commitment to the ATT at both national and regional levels.
