    • Prepare all source files for future use, ensuring ease of adaptation for future edits, updates, and repurposing.
  5. Ad-hoc Design Support:
    • Provide additional design support as required, such as creating emergency graphics for campaigns, social media, event materials, or any unforeseen project needs.

    • Ensure that all design work strictly adheres to the EU4Innovation East branding guidelines, as well as any relevant donor visibility and communication guidelines.
    • Follow project-specific instructions and donor rules regarding the visual representation of the project in all public-facing materials.

Principles:

  • All designs must be easily updatable, adaptable, and prepared with the foresight for future revisions. This includes ensuring that colors, fonts, images, and other elements are kept in editable formats for efficient updates.
  • All files related to the designs, including original assets and the final output, will be the intellectual property of EU4Innovation East, which holds exclusive rights to the submitted materials in perpetuity.
  • Innovative and creative techniques should be employed to design visually appealing content that attracts attention while maintaining professionalism and coherence with the project’s objectives. Current design trends in digital media and graphic design should be monitored to ensure the materials produced are visually engaging and relevant.
