Mission description

Under the supervision of Events and Logistics Officer and Support Functions Coordinator, organise activities implemented by Expertise France:

  • Make necessary logistics arrangements for expert missions in Ukraine (Book car transfers, train and plane tickets) according to the EF internal policy
  • Helps Events & Logistics Officer in organization of events
  • Carrying out bi-annual physical inventories of the office equipment;
  • Manage the SSU's consumables stock (coffee, stationery etc.),
  • Physical and digital archiving of documents relating to their areas of responsibility.
  • Liaise with business center management for day-to-day communication,
  • Help to organise and supervise the delivery of items/goods purchased for projects: reception and control, deliveries to implementation sites, etc;
  • Liaise with IT specialist to keep SSU and projects IT tools functioning,
  • Place orders for translation and interpretation
  • Collect and check invoices, send documents for payment

Project or context description

Expertise France (EF) is the French public agency for the design and implementation of international technical cooperation projects, operating in Ukraine since 2006. The agency focuses its activities in Ukraine on two strategic areas: support for resilience and reconstruction; and support for European integration. In 2024, the EF portfolio includes 15 national projects and 3 regional projects in 6 sectors: (i) health and social protection, (ii) rule of law and justice, (iii) local governance and decentralisation, (iv) innovation and support for the private sector, (v) economic and financial governance, (vi) defence and security. Among the EF implemented projects are – EU PRAVO-Justice, mAIDan Ukraine Facility, APPUI, Support to recovery and decentralisation of Chernihiv region, L’Initiative, etc.

Required profile

  • Bachelor degree in administration, economics or other
  • At least 1 year of successful experience on similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • High degree of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Ukrainian.
  • Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills,
  • A high degree of initiative, diplomacy and problem-solving,
  • Outstanding emotional intelligence skills,
  • A creative and entrepreneurial approach to overcoming barriers and making change happen
